Agreement
By downloading or using Vestuario Club you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Vestuario Club is an entertainment app for football predictions, friend tournaments, rankings and virtual credits (“monedas”). It is not a real-money gambling service. Credits have no cash value outside the app and cannot be redeemed for money.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You may use guest mode; some features (tournaments sync, account deletion) require a registered account. You can delete your account from the Club tab.
Virtual credits & In-App Purchases
Optional credit packs are sold as consumable In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store. Prices are set in App Store Connect and charged by Apple. Purchases are final subject to Apple’s refund policies. We grant credits after a successful App Store transaction.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, abuse APIs, harass others, reverse engineer the app, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Sports data & availability
Match info may come from third parties and can be delayed or wrong. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes of predictions or tournaments.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The date above shows the latest revision.
